The staff were very polite and friendly. the room was nicely appointed and had a safe box, mini-bar, and central heating. - the bathroom was excellent with a bath. - the location is magnificent, near the airport and train stations. - the food was brilliant and the service was good. - Paid parking and shuttle service to the airport are available.

Our room at Crowne Plaza was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with two kids. The breakfast spread was impressive and we loved the free bottles of water in the room. The bed, pillows, and blanket provided a cozy and restful sleep. Despite being away from the city center, we appreciated the free parking and easy access to a nearby grocery shop. The hotel's modern designs were also visually appealing.

The entrance area looks a bit old, but the rooms are very nice and modern! The breakfast is very good!

The gym and sauna are a little sparsely equipped. The situation is not good for people who have business in Milan city centre. Ideal for congresses etc in San Donato!

The air conditioning was unregulated and very loud. Here and there chipped paint, which in combination with the colorful carpet seemed cheaper than necessary.

This hotel is conveniently located in a commercial neighborhood and is just a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

It is quite far away, even if it is easily accessible by metro. On the weekend, the path from the metro to the hotel was quite deserted. We did not want to follow the path in the dark.

Good food for breakfast. Got large and well laid out room with a sofa bed.

Apparently the rooms have been renovated. It didn't look so new two years ago. Everything great, coffee and tea to prepare yourself in the room. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the airport. It's just an 8-minute car ride away, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist with any needs you may have. Despite being a bit small, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The shower is great and the dark blinds ensure a good night's sleep.

Every time we stay in San Donato Milanese, like to stay here. The place is top quality and fairly clean. Staff are well-trained and don't miss their shuttle to metro and airport. The location is quiet and excellent, 4 km from Abbazia di Chiaravalle Abbey. There is a good restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from hotel. A motorway is set close to the venue.

The Crowne Plaza Milan Linate was possibly the best choice for my short business trip. The rooms were amazingly comfortable and absolutely perfect, complete with a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a personal safe. The hotel's convenient location next to the airport and Metro Station, as well as its proximity to motorways and the city center, made my stay truly marvelous. The quick check-in process was a definite plus.

The room bathroom was extremely dirty, top of the bath tub is full with dust and spiderwebs.

We had a great stay here! Best aspects were the easy access from the airport, the hotel facilities, and the location being close to the metro station. We also loved the helpful staff who provided us with excellent customer service.
